Title : "BLASTOFF"
Filename : BLASTOFF.MAP
Author : Jaap Menist
Email Address : jaapm@xs4all.nl
Installation : Here's the sequel to 'Rockin.map'.
The file 'BLASTOFF.ZIP' contains 3 levels;
'Bornwild.map', 'Rockin.map' and 'Blastoff.map'.
Also included is a modified 'USER.CON' so you
can select difficulty settings :)
Make a backup of your 'user.con' before
unpacking.
Now you can just run duke3d and start a new
game E1L1. You can select 'piece of cake'
or 'lets rock'. The first level will be
'bornwild.map' the second 'rockin.map' and
the third is 'blastoff.map'.
If you don't want to use my 'user.con' you can
run the map using 'setup' but you won't be able
to select a difficulty setting :(
Description : Third of a four episode sequel.
You have reached the mountains. You know now that
the big bad ass is still orbiting earth .....
Try and find the hidden launch facility and take
off into space where the final battle is awaiting
you! After you've enabled the self-destruct
mechanism, be sure to take off quickly or your
ass will be blown sky-high together with the
whole base ;)
Additional Credits to : 3dRealms & Ken Silverman for writing the most
awesome editor ever!
Peter 'porno' Prins for testing and constructive
critics.
Jonah Bishop for the best FAQ and for test-playing.
